AI-Prompt Sales
All sales of AI-Prompts are final unless otherwise stated in the platform’s https://brainpandora.com/general-terms. In the event of a dispute, the platform may act as a mediator to resolve the issue, but sellers are expected to comply with reasonable resolutions.
Subscriptions and Refunds
At BrainPandora, we offer monthly and yearly subscription plans that include credits for using various API services. Please note that subscriptions, once activated, are generally non-refundable.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the services until the end of the current subscription period, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
Expiration of Credits
Each subscription includes a monthly allocation of credits for API service usage:
- Unused Credits: Unused credits from the subscription expire at the end of each subscription month (e.g., from November 5 to December 4). At the start of each new subscription period, the monthly credit allocation is automatically replenished.

Add-on Credits:
In addition to subscription credits, you can purchase Add-on Credits:
- Add-on Credits are used once the subscription credits are depleted.
- The use of Add-on Credits requires an active subscription. Without an active subscription, access to Add-on Credits is not permitted.
- Purchased Add-on Credits are non-refundable.
- Add-on Credits will expire if no active subscription exists for more than 3 months.
- Add-on Credits may also expire if the account is suspended or terminated due to violations of the platform’s terms and conditions.
Refund Requests
If you believe a refund is justified due to a specific circumstance, you may contact our customer service team. Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases and will be processed at our sole discretion.
By purchasing digital products, such as AI-Prompts or subscription credits, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory right to a refund once the product has been accessed or downloaded. This clause is in accordance with consumer protection laws for digital goods.
